AlKutab Islamic School started in the summer of 2020 by a group of parents out of Toronto, Canada who wanted to ensure their kids get proper education in Arabic language, Quran and Islamic upbringing according to the teachings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad, his family and twelve Imams of Ahlul-Bayt God’s prayers and peace be upon them and their followers.
Our organization welcomes and respects all students from different schools of thoughts.
From those humble beginnings and by ensuring small class in each Quran class with students who have same level of knowledge and age group and catering to customized learning by taking parents feedback and schedule into account.
The school is run by volunteers and fully not for profit.
Mondays & Wednesdays | 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST
Tuition: $300 ($3.80 per class!)
Students will develop their Quran reading and recitation skills according to their individual level. Classes focus on proper pronunciation, fluency, Tajweed rules, and strengthening students’ overall Quranic reading and recitation.
Wednesdays & Fridays | 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST
Tuition: $300 ($3.80 per class!)
Students will develop their Arabic reading, writing, speaking, listening, and comprehension skills through structured lessons appropriate to their level. Arabic classes are offered from beginner to advanced levels.
Tuesdays & Thursdays | 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST
Tuition: $200 ($2.50 per class!)
Students will learn Islamic beliefs and principles, Fiqh, Akhlaq, Quranic concepts, Islamic history, the life and teachings of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and the Ahlulbayt (AS), stories of the Prophets, worship, and other age-appropriate Islamic studies topics.
Religion/Diniyat classes are available for children, pre-teens, teens, young adults, and adults, with lessons tailored to each age group and level.
